Meet Klaidas Gedvilas – our new Logistics Manager!

At the end of 2025, Klaidas started with us as Logistics Manager. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring that our deliveries run smoothly from planning to installation. He ensures that the furniture is delivered at the right time and to the right place, and that both customers and assembly teams receive correct information well in advance of delivery. Klaidas is from Lithuania but has lived in Sweden for nine years. He speaks and writes Swedish, Lithuanian and English, which makes him particularly strong in communication with both customers and partners. He plans deliveries, follows up on projects and coordinates the entire logistics to ensure efficient and safe implementation.

A key role in delivery and planning

In his role, Klaidas is responsible for keeping track of interior design orders, loading dates and delivery dates. He ensures that everything is correctly planned and that deliveries are made smoothly and on time.

He informs both customers and assembly teams about upcoming deliveries so that everyone can plan their work in the best way. It involves communicating the number of pallets, delivery dates, delivery notes with pictures, assembly instructions and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place.

The work involves daily communication via both email and phone, where his strength in communication really comes into its own.

Looking forward to creating smooth business

Klaidas is looking forward to continuing to grow in his role, learning as much as possible about communication and business, and developing a really good collaboration with his colleagues and customers.

“I’m looking forward to being the best and learning as much as possible about communication and business. Collaborating with customers and colleagues in the best way is also very important to me,” says Klaidas.

The first time at work has been about introduction, getting into the system and getting to know colleagues.

“I’ve been working for a few months now, I’ve gotten into the system and I’m pretty self-sufficient already. In February, I met my colleagues in Stockholm, which was a lot of fun. It feels like a good start,” he says.

An international background with a strong drive

Klaidas was born and raised in Lithuania but has lived in Sweden for nine years. His background is characterized by drive, discipline and determination. As a young man, he trained intensively and tried several different sports – including boxing, basketball and rowing. With several medals under his belt, he has always had a strong desire to develop and become the best at what he does. He is now taking that attitude with him into working life.

During his years in Sweden, he learned fluent Swedish. After nine years, he moved on to Kaunas, where he is currently based and works in his role as Logistics Manager. The combination of international experience and Language skills make him a strong asset in the team.

Passionate about development – and magic!

Klaidas is passionate about developing, learning new things and sharing her experiences. He describes himself in three words: responsible, communicative and calm – but also adds that he is very funny.

And an unexpected talent? Well, he can offer some magic tricks! In addition, he is really sharp at table games such as Mafia, Monopoly and Alias – so we know who to keep an eye on during the next game night.
