Next to Edsviken's water and beautiful natural areas, Sollentuna Mat opened in January 2026, which is run by Tiki Blomkvist together with chefs Jonas Ålund and Magnus Olofsson. They have experience from a wide range of taste palaces in Stockholm: F12, Grill, Vassa Eggen, Sturehof, Riche, Tennstopet, Restaurant Smak. The idea of Sollentuna Mat is to create a lunch restaurant with great ambitions for the food and a high-class feeling without rigidity.
The chair that held and led to us!
Tiki Blomkvist has experience with chairs from Satelli that were used in one of the restaurants she used to work. Those chairs never got rickety and never broke. When it was time to decorate Sollentuna Food, she contacted us, who represent Satelliet in Sweden, to create interior design with the same quality and sustainability.
Our sofa booths - they are tailored to our needs and therefore mobile. For example, if we arrange a wedding in the restaurant, you have to be able to move them away easily. They can be worn if you are two people. It was very, very important that Resize Design could achieve this. A lovely and good solution for us.
