At Resize Design, we have been working according to the hybrid format for several years before the pandemic because we have operations in two countries. The team in Sweden is responsible for sales, customer care, assembly and architectural collaborations, while colleagues in Lithuania handle purchasing, construction, quality assurance and deliveries. With the support of our digital system, it is perfectly possible to work together remotely, but it becomes something magical when we do meet IRL. This year, the Stockholm office went to colleagues in Lithuania to socialize and make exciting plans for the future.
