Experience Bacán – Lazy-Asian dining with magical views of Uppsala! At the top, on floors 7 and 8 above the new Filmstaden on Dragarbrunnstorg, Bacán opened its doors at the end of 2024. It serves an exciting fusion of flavors from Latin America and Asia – Lat-Asian at its best!
From the restaurant's unique location, you get a fantastic panoramic view of Uppsala's rooftops and the Cathedral – a place that combines food, atmosphere and views in a way that is hard to beat. The interior design concept is created by Studio Monty.
To make the experience even more memorable, Resize Design has supplied the majority of the seating furniture that is not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable – perfect for long, relaxing moments with drinks and good company.

Seating comfort was one of our top priorities when designing Bacán – we wanted to create an environment where guests can relax and enjoy the food, drinks and stunning views for a long time. With Resize Design, we got exactly the flexibility we needed to create chairs that are not only incredibly comfortable, but also perfectly match our vision.
